Hatha Yoga classes (Ila Jean) start with 5 minutes of breath work, then 10 minutes of warm up poses. Then we move into the main poses/asanas which are held for short periods of time.  The last 15 minutes is a progressive relaxation and a visualization/meditation.

No experience required- great for all ages & fitness levels.

       Monday 6:00 - 7:15 p.m. fall /winter only

               Wednesday 6:00- 7:15 p.m.
               Wednesday 7:30 - 9:00 p.m.
